Delete your account and data

In Kaffa, open Settings → Privacy and data → Your data and account → Delete account and data. You can export your data there before deleting it.

Don’t have the app installed?

Email hello@kaffa.fit to request account deletion. Send the request from the email linked to your Kaffa account. If you used Sign in with Apple, mention that you used Apple’s private relay address. Never send your password or a verification code.

We will verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it and confirm when the request is complete. This web route is handled by support; you do not need to reinstall Kaffa.

What is removed?

Your account, profile, nutrition and workout history, measurements, recipes and templates, saved cloud photos, AI history, and account preferences. The in-app flow also clears this account’s diary, photos, and pending uploads on that device.

Your original photos and data in Apple Health or Health Connect remain under your control in those services. Copies you have exported or shared are outside Kaffa. An offline device cannot be remotely erased while disconnected.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage subscriptions in your store settings. See our Privacy Policy for retention and your data rights.
